Poor customer service

Had booked in at the Beauty Spot for my wedding hair and makeup for August 2020 unfortunately due to the pandemic our wedding was cancelled. We had another date arranged and everything got transferred over however due to the pandemic and our change in circumstances we cancelled our date for August 2021 as the pandemic has taken over. Our venue, photographer and florist (two of which are self employed family run businesses) all returned our deposit. Like Erin, we are both self employed and run our own family business. I contacted Erin to explain and she advised initially she would hold our deposit until we had another date. As we are unsure of what is going to happen we have not set another date. Following Government advice all weddings affected by covid are entitled to deposit back.
