Its absolutely disgusting disabled badge holders forced ro pay to discriminate the people who misuse the bays who can't be bothered to either walk or pay that's a bit un fair on thos disabled who have the right to use them, mire disabled spaces t needed, why waste 3 million pounds on a stupid new walk way that's why there mow charging amd it's wrong my neighbour is a traffic warden and he says its disgusting . People with all kinds of disabilities even hidden ones that u can't see shouldn't have to pay. It's an outrage and just money grabbers
